Service Description
We offer a comprehensive range of IV infusions for both nutritional and medical supplementation needs, including options such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Glutathione, Ferinject, and Aclasta. Before any infusion, our practitioners conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnostic tests to ensure the procedure's safety and suitability for you. To enhance your experience, we have designated a special IV Therapy zone dedicated to your comfort, where you'll be served complimentary refreshments. It's worth noting that infusion therapy is typically recommended when oral intake of supplements, minerals, and medications is either impractical or insufficient. The infusions mentioned above are prescription medications and are available only following a consultation with our team. We pride ourselves on not charging an additional consultation fee for clients proceeding with treatments. However, it's important to understand that the clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it's determined that the infusion isn't suitable for the client after the consultation and assessment process. Your safety and well-being remain our utmost priority. All our infusions are meticulously crafted in-house at LAB Pharmacy by a compounding pharmacist. They are proudly manufactured at a GMP qualified facility, ensuring exceptional quality standards. Our administrating staff consists of New Zealand registered medical professionals proficient in advanced IV cannulation techniques. Additionally, we have access to ultrasound technology for clients facing challenges with vein access, further ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees. Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full service fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling We allow one reschedule per appointment, provided it is made more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original appointment will be treated the same as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees (50% if more than 24 hours’ notice is given; 100% if less than 24 hours). Multiple last-minute reschedules may result in the requirement to pre-pay in full for future appointments or may lead to refusal of future bookings. Payment and Enforcement An automatic invoice for the cancellation or rescheduling fee will be issued and must be settled within 7 working days. Failure to make payment may result in debt recovery action through our nominated collection agency. Additional charges may apply, including collection fees and interest.
