NABOTA® Nabota® is a next-generation botulinum toxin injection that offers high purity, fast onset, and consistent clinical outcomes. Lab Clinic was the first clinic in New Zealand to offer Nabota®, reinforcing our position as leaders in advanced injectables and personalised cosmetic care. The pricing is determined by the number of units administered, with charges applied per unit. A consultation will be given on the day of the injection; however, if the procedure is not performed, a consultation fee of $50 will be charged. Who Performs the Treatment? All injectables are administered by New Zealand qualified health practitioners certified in appearance medicine. Treatments are led by our in-house Plastic Surgeon, and carried out in state-of-the-art procedure rooms using high-definition ultrasound where required. Complimentary Review We prioritise your satisfaction by offering a complimentary 2-week follow-up for all anti-wrinkle treatments to assess results and provide any necessary touch-ups. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the applicable service fee • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the applicable service fee Rescheduling We allow one reschedule per appointment, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is considered a late change and will incur the same fees outlined above. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in full pre-payment being required for future appointments or the clinic declining future bookings. Payment of Fees An invoice will be issued for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees and must be paid within 7 working days. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and reasonable recovery costs may apply where permitted by law. Any waiver or reduction of fees is at the clinic’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
