Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The Lab Clinic reserves the right to charge the full service fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. An automatic invoice for the cancellation fee will be issued and must be settled within 7 working days. Failure to do so may result in debt recovery proceedings through our nominated collection agency, and additional charges including collection fees and interest may apply.
