Service Description
HArmonyCa® is a hybrid injectable that combines Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) to provide immediate lifting and volume while supporting the skin's natural collagen production over time. Designed for facial soft tissue augmentation, HArmonyCa® helps restore facial contours and improve skin quality with natural looking results. Common treatment areas include the cheeks and lateral face. Lidocaine is included to help improve comfort during treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees. Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full service fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling We allow one reschedule per appointment, provided it is made more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original appointment will be treated the same as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees (50% if more than 24 hours’ notice is given; 100% if less than 24 hours). Multiple last-minute reschedules may result in the requirement to pre-pay in full for future appointments or may lead to refusal of future bookings. Payment and Enforcement An automatic invoice for the cancellation or rescheduling fee will be issued and must be settled within 7 working days. Failure to make payment may result in debt recovery action through our nominated collection agency. Additional charges may apply, including collection fees and interest.
