LDM Triple 19 is an advanced facial treatment using cutting-edge ultrasound technology to stimulate collagen, improve skin texture, and calm inflammation—without pain or downtime. By delivering three alternating frequencies (3MHz, 10MHz, and 19MHz) to multiple skin layers at once, it supports skin regeneration, hydration, and lifting. At The Lab Clinic, we offer three specialised options depending on your skin concerns and goals: LDM Contour Lift (90min) : 90-minute fluid balance and lifting protocol. Includes full exfoliation, 20-minute LDM lifting mode, regeneration laser, and post-care mask to restore firmness and elasticity. LDM Repair Glow (60min) : 60-minute skin barrier repair and hydration treatment. Includes LDM regenerative mode (12min), soothing ampoule infusion, regeneration laser, and mask to calm and strengthen the skin. LDM Renew Ritual (90min): 90-minute water-glow protocol for dehydrated and dull skin. Includes LAHLA peel, 12-minute LDM water-glow mode, regeneration laser, and calming mask for a radiant finish. Each session begins with a 1:1 consultation and is personalised by our experienced therapists to deliver visible, clinically inspired results.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the applicable service fee • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the applicable service fee Rescheduling We allow one reschedule per appointment, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is considered a late change and will incur the same fees outlined above. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in full pre-payment being required for future appointments or the clinic declining future bookings. Payment of Fees An invoice will be issued for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees and must be paid within 7 working days. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and reasonable recovery costs may apply where permitted by law. Unexpected Circumstances We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. If you would like us to consider your circumstances, please contact us at info@thelabnz.com. Any waiver or reduction of fees is at the clinic’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
