Service Description
PicoSure® Pro uses ultra short picosecond laser pulses to target tattoo pigment and break it into smaller particles, which are gradually cleared by the body’s natural processes. The treatment can target a range of tattoo colours while minimising unnecessary heat exposure to the surrounding skin. Treatment settings are individually selected based on the tattoo colour, depth, density, location and skin type. Multiple sessions are usually required for optimal clearance. The number of treatments and results vary depending on the individual and the characteristics of the tattoo. A consultation and assessment may be required before treatment. Tattoo Size Guide Treatment pricing is based on the approximate surface area of the tattoo: Under 30 cm² – approximately up to 5 × 6 cm Under 50 cm² – approximately up to 5 × 10 cm Under 100 cm² – approximately up to 10 × 10 cm To estimate the size of your tattoo, measure the widest point × longest point in centimetres. For example: 5 cm × 6 cm = 30 cm² 5 cm × 10 cm = 50 cm² 10 cm × 10 cm = 100 cm² The final treatment category will be confirmed by our clinician based on the actual size and treatment area. For tattoos larger than 100 cm², please contact us for an individual quote.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the applicable service fee • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the applicable service fee Rescheduling We allow one reschedule per appointment, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is considered a late change and will incur the same fees outlined above. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in full pre-payment being required for future appointments or the clinic declining future bookings. Payment of Fees An invoice will be issued for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees and must be paid within 7 working days. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and reasonable recovery costs may apply where permitted by law. Any waiver or reduction of fees is at the clinic’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
