Service Description
Arrange a consultation with our scar expert to discuss suitable options tailored to your needs. Please be note consultations are obligatory, and we do not provide same-day procedures for scar treatments due to the comprehensive nature of the approach, which necessitates input from our specialist team. Furthermore, for any prescribed medication injections such as intralesional steroid injection require approval from our physicians and are exclusively accessible to patients meeting specific criteria. You may be directed towards more advanced treatments involving surgical interventions with our plastic surgeon. We are accredited by ACC for accident-related treatments. All procedures are performed by New Zealand registered healthcare professionals in our advanced surgical facility.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@thelabnz.com at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the applicable service fee • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the applicable service fee Rescheduling We allow one reschedule per appointment, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is considered a late change and will incur the same fees outlined above. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in full pre-payment being required for future appointments or the clinic declining future bookings. Payment of Fees An invoice will be issued for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees and must be paid within 7 working days. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, and reasonable recovery costs may apply where permitted by law. Any waiver or reduction of fees is at the clinic’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
